Once an order has been placed and begins processing at our fulfillment center, adjustments or cancellations cannot be made. Please double check that you selected the correct items you want to purchase and all shipping and billing information is correct before placing your order. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We accept returns for a cash refund, store credit or exchange (U.S. customers only) on eligible merchandise purchased online or in-store, provided items are unworn, in original condition, and returned with original packaging within 14 days of shipment. Returns received after 14 days, or items marked as Final Sale, are not eligible for return. Please see the product description or our Ineligible Items section below for more information.

INELIGIBLE ITEMS

Items ineligible for return include, but are not limited to: All Cotton Wreath items, Hats, Jewelry, Socks, Undergarments, Special Collaboration items, and Preorder items. This will be noted on the product page. Please note that denim Cotton Wreath products are eligible for exchange only.

You will not be credited the original cost of shipping. Unless you are processing an exchange, $8 will be deducted from your refund or store credit for return shipping. We are not responsible for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit.

For exchanges, if the item you requested is out of stock, we will issue a refund as an alternative.

*Domestic Returns are free when you use our pre-paid returns shipping label upon review.
*International Returns are charged a flat rate for our pre-paid return label and can only be issued store credit or refund. 

DISCLAIMER

Frequent returns or unusual patterns/activity will be flagged. If we notice that our return policy is being abused or we identify an unusual pattern/activity we may cancel or refuse current, future orders and returns.

If you used a web proxy to purchase your order, we are not responsible for any mistakes or issues associated with your order. Including but not limited to — overbuying, wrong item purchased, incorrect shipping address or contact name.
