BOPIS POLICY

Please note: this option is currently only available in select US Stores.

In-Store Pick-up

The option to pick up items at the nearest retail location is available for select items. To place a pick-up order, please select “Store pickup” when placing your online order and select the store where you’d like to pick up your items. Once your order is ready, we'll provide an email notification detailing pick-up instructions.

When picking up an order, please provide the following information to a store associate:
- Order Number
- Confirmation Email
- ID*
*The name on your order must match the name on your ID.

Canceling

To cancel a pick-up order, you may call to have the store team cancel it. You can find the contact for each respective location in our Stores section.

Returning

All In-store Pick-up orders can be returned for store credit or exchange only. Please note that store credit is subject to an $8 restocking fee.
