All orders placed on denimtears.com are processed Monday-Friday and shipped within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase. Excluding major holidays and weekends.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

If you select expedited shipping, this shipping method will not go into effect until your package has been picked up by the courier.

Once an order leaves our fulfillment center, the courier service becomes responsible for the delivery.

Please make sure your Shipping Address is correct before placing your order. If your package is returned to our shipping facility by UPS due to an incorrect/invalid address, your order will be automatically restocked and refunded.

We offer the following shipping rates to US customers:

Flat Rate: 15 USD

Flat Rate (Signature Required): 19 USD

For your protection and to prevent package theft, we do recommend opting in for Order Protection.

We're working with UPS to offer a more convenient and secure way to receive your order. The UPS Access Point service allows you to pick up your order from a nearby business. (UPS stores, CVS Pharmacy, etc.)

How does it work?

During checkout on our website, choose the Access Point pickup option and select a nearby Access Point location.

You'll receive all of the standard shipping notifications along the way and a final email when your order is ready to be picked up at the AP location. (government ID required for pick up)

The opening hours of the Access Point location will be displayed at the time of selection and will also be displayed in your pickup email.
