PREORDER SHIPPING

If you purchase a pre-order item and select Next-Day Air or 2-Day Expedited shipping, please note that this shipping method will not go into effect until the production of your item is complete.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders placed on denimtears.com are processed Monday-Friday and shipped within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase. Excluding major holidays and weekends.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

If you select expedited shipping, this shipping method will not go into effect until your package has been picked up by the courier.

Once an order leaves our fulfillment center, the courier service becomes responsible for the delivery.

Please make sure your Shipping Address is correct before placing your order. If your package is returned to our shipping facility by UPS due to an incorrect/invalid address, your order will be automatically restocked and refunded.

USA SHIPPING

We offer the following shipping rates to US customers:

  • Flat Rate: 15 USD
  • Flat Rate (Signature Required): 19 USD

For your protection and to prevent package theft, we do recommend selecting a shipping method with a signature requirement. 

If a shipping method without signature requirement is selected, we cannot authorize a stolen package claim. 

If a stolen package claim is filed and approved/paid by UPS, we can only authorize a Store Credit or replacement if available. Refunds will not be issued.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer the following shipping rates to international customers:

  • Flat Rate: DHL Express 20 USD

INTERNATIONAL ORDER PROCESSING, DUTIES AND TAXES

Please note we cannot make any address changes or updates to international order once they have been placed, even if tracking has not been generated.

International orders will be subject to:

Global-E’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. This will be presented to you at checkout.

Global-E will act as the seller of record for these orders.

Payment of duties at checkout through Global E covers the following:

The stated fees at the time of checkout which includes Customs duties/taxes. (Duties and taxes are non-refundable)

REDO SHIPPING PROTECTION

By selecting Package Protection at checkout, we guarantee that even if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged; we’ll get you your order. You simply submit a claim on our claims portal HERE and we'll issue a no hassle replacement or refund depending on available inventory.

Our Policy For Handling Unprotected Shipments

If you do not elect to purchase Package Protection at checkout and your shipment is lost, damaged or stolen during transit - we will diligently follow the claims policy of your selected carrier to either locate the shipment or deem it as lost. This process can take up to 4-8 weeks, may require additional documentation from you and is at the discretion of the carrier.

If your shipment has GPS location or photographic evidence from the carrier that it has been delivered to the address on your order, is with a neighbor or at any other secure location and in good condition; we are not responsible for a refund or replacement.
